Hey, is that an Ivan DeJesus button on her purse?

Got me.  To be honest, that picture was in my wallet when I bought it.

That picture is doctored.  Nobody would dare wear a watch like that on their beltloop.  Well, at least nobody that would dare to put their arm around a "girl".

The Friday of the first round of the NCAA tourney, I was at a bar in Lincoln Square with a buddy of mine.  Early in the evening, this guy wearing a sweatervest walked in and sat next to us.

Oh, but not only was he sporting a sweatervest...he was also donning a chain around his neck.  A chain, from which his cell phone was hanging.

Can't say I had ever seen that look, but I know that it won't get a man lheyd.

It's a good thing too.  The questionable taste you display by your lack of jorts is only surpassed by your braided leather belt.

Checking out another man's braided leather belt, eh?  You might have something in common with my girlfriend... she likes the Spice Girls, too.

My blue jersey; please.  Not to mention the fact that I was wearing a jersey in public nowhere near a sporting event.  Work with me, Apex.

You're Canadian, and wearing a jersey without being at a game.

You sure you're not Randy Bachmann?
Don't read too much into any of it. It's Rozner. He's a fucking idiot.

courtesy of the jockey:

Zambrano's sinker was working effectively, and he was locating his pitches all night instead of trying to overpower hitters in every at-bat.

"I played with one of the best pitchers in history, Greg Maddux," Zambrano said. "He told me one time he preferred to throw more sinkers, more movement than velocity.

"Anytime I want to throw 95 or 96 (m.p.h.), I can throw it. But it's not how hard you throw in the big leagues. It's how you locate your pitches and learn to pitch the game."

Wow. That's bad news for the rest of the world. He's ready for total domination now. And while he was already worthy of the type of splooge that could father five children in a single thrust, I'm beginning to think that New Z is going to make Old Z look like Victor Z.

Yeah.  He really looks outstanding so far.  The 27-to-5 K/BB ratio is the main stat to point to.  After five starts last year, he was at 22-to-19.
