Chuck is (sigh) right. I'm obviously aware it's only been a week, but after last season it'd be comforting if either of them had looked better. If either/both of them are mediocre or worse long-term, it's going to slow the rebuilding even further.

Again, I just want someone to comfort me at this point, damn it.

Nice hitting last night...I only got to see highlights, but Starlin made solid contact and it was nice seeing Rizzo hang in against a LHP and single in a big run.

One game, whatever, but still a sliver of encouragement.
