Is it too early to hate this thread?

I was hoping nobody would reply to it.

I think it's a bit much to expect us to confine the 2010 Cubs to one thread. I mean each player will have their individual splooge/hate thread, there's of course the typical bullpen complaint thread (that should get a hell of a lot more play this year), the FYC thread (hopefully also getting more play this year), the Gutless Fucking Assholes thread, etc. But what the hell, let it last till Monday when we start creating a thread for every at bat.

I'm going to miss the defenestration thread.

Wait until Carlos Silva is 4-0 with a 1.93 ERA at the end of April.

Which April?

Awesome.  There hasn't been a single regular season game played in the Ricketts' Era and already I heard somebody call
into the Score this morning and suggest that Tom is just like Michael McCaskey.

Sometimes I think the only reason I'm still a Cubs' fan is I like hanging out at Desipio.

BCB ran with the April Fools joke that Sam Fuld had been traded.  How pathetic is that that there are actually Cubs fans who would be upset if Fuld was gone?

I don't think Sam Fuld even has imaginary trade value.
I will vow, for the sake of peace, not to complain about David Ross between now and his first start next year- 10/26/2015

He was traded to the Yankees.. Not only that, but "he mentioned being happy to be able to get playing time".. Oy.. I gotta find his one from last year.. A Matt Cain-Derrek Lee trade in which he did the worst photoshop of all time by switching their heads.

EDIT: Lo and Behold

I might go through the comments to see if anyone would have been happy about Hoffpauer starting

This blogger tries to shed some carefully thought out positive on the Cubs roster. Not a bad attempt.
