Yes.  My sample was unfair.  Those who said that they wanted the Genius to leave are in the minority.  However, they have very strongly held opinions.  One referred to him as "vile".  On the other hand, another poster said that if LaRussa left the Cubs would snap him up in a minute!

Edit: Apparently he was a minor league coach in the Cubs system at one point.
