Ernie Banks, if Twitter is to be believed.
Sorry, Fork.
FACED. With the same title. By five seconds. By Pank. Fuck. So here's my link (http://abc7chicago.com/news/ernie-banks-mr-cub-dies-at-age-83/488920/) since I deleted it.

The NY Daily News' Bill Madden said Ernie suffered a fall a couple months ago (http://m.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball/legendary-chicago-cub-ernie-banks-dead-83-report-article-1.2090199), which contributed to his death.
TPD.
Ernie signed a will a couple days after he was diagnosed with moderate to severe dementia? (http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/ct-ernie-banks-estate-fight-met-20150727-story.html) Tsk, tsk, Regina Rice.
On another note, I am glad he didn't suffer dementia for long.

This. I'm glad we're not getting too many Stan Mikita updates, because a piece of my gut gets ripped out each time I see one.
