I didn’t see the AB, but at least this kind of flailing doesn’t characterize all of his AB’s this year. That’s something right?

Lou is going to drive me crazy. With 2 guys on in the 8th inning, the cubs were looking to come back and up to bat was the red hot lassy. But because lou is obsessed with lefty righty match ups, he pinch hits with Matt automatic out Murton. And then in the 9th, after cedeno’s pitiful excuse for an atbat..followed by pretty much the same thing from fukkake, it was up to the red hot eric paterson. but no, lou loves those damn lefty righty match ups and opted to pinch hit with hank automatic out white. what the hell….
not to mention, this pitchers batting avg against was pretty much the same for lefties and righties. all the more reason for me to be pissed at lou.

Lassie is 4-26 this year (.154) v. lefty pitchers with 10 strikeouts.
Plus, lefty hitters are 6-43 (.167) with 19 K’s against George Sherrill.
You saw how lost Fukkake was at the plate against him. Edmonds and Patterson would have had no shot.
You are convinced that Lassie and Lil’ Stump would have no chance against Sherrill, but you are OK with Fucking Ron Ceâ„¢ and Hank? C’mon….I’d have let them hit. Especially since Lassie and Patterson are both getting their hits to LF, they might have had a shot at that outside pitch.
More than anything, what this shows is that Hendry needs to improve his bench. Only Fat Pants and Lassie/Vag Face are worth a damn. I can live with Hank I guess, but the two reserve IFs need to be improved on.
Fucking Ron Ceâ„¢, seriously, I really don’t want to see him again. I’d actually take buck-toothed Fast Freddie Bynum over Cedeno, at least Bynum can steal a base.

Considering two outfielders are on the DL, it probably reasons that the bench is a little thinner than normal.

Andy, what im saying is that the fact that you would normally have a better shot against a left handed pitcher with a right handed bat is irrelevant when your right handed bats are matt murton and hank white. Blanco’s great defensively but he cant hit to save his life, so why the hell would you use him in such a key situation like that? You wouldn’t and lou shouldn’t have. Murton on the other hand, well, he just sucks at everything
