OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

Updates:

- League is now 10 teams.

- Please post all keepers here. Don't just list them on Yahoo.

Draft Order is not set, based on reverse order of last year's final standings:
Ownership should be correct, but let me know if not.

4. Canned Hamms (BigDrinky)
5. Boners Daily (TDubbs)

9. Muy Valbueno (Andy)
10. Negative TORP (PenFoe)

Here's what I'm thinking:

- Remove Thrill and Chuck as inactive managers, scale league down to 10 teams
- Keepers Due Wednesday 3/21
- Draft this coming Sunday night (3/25)

Any thoughts?

I just printed out this article, posted it on the bulletin board in my office and circled it in mustard.

Where do we access the spreadsheet that tells us what round each of our keepers is assigned for this season?

Actually, Yahoo built it in this year. Awesome new feature (tip o' the cat to Yeti for finding it.)

Go to "Draft" then you'll see a dropdown for "Last Season" which will tell you everyone on each team and their 2018 keeper round.

League has been renewed and all players from last year should have received invites. Please let me know if you did not receive.

A few notes:
1. We have inactive two teams from last year (Chuck, Thrill) that we would welcome new owners on.  You will get their current rosters and the ability to keep players.

2. Was not planning any rule changes, but please post if you think there's any opportunities there.

3. With Trea Turner now only qualifying at SS, I have a logjam at the position.  Now accepting trade offers for any one of the following. Listed in order of easiest to obtain:

Josh Donaldson - 3B (4th round keeper.)
Manny Machado - 3B/SS (9th round keeper)
Francisco Lindor - SS (14th round keeper)
Trea Turner - SS (21st round keeper)

I'm most excited that I'll be able to constantly drive Pen crazy with my "No YU Darvish" "joke" for the next few years.

The seedy underbelly of a seemingly positive acquisition.

Took everything I had not to put Thrill at #10.

Picks are in.

I guess Chatwood sounds Jewish.

Having no other background on him, I'd venture he's a better Jew than Oleg or me.

Indeed.  I'm a better jew than either of you.

Ali's a better jew than either of them and she almost forgot to light the candles tonight.
Thanks for reminding me.  Tonight is first night of Hanukkah.  8 days from now I will be about 10 pounds heavier because of a diet of Donna's potato latkes.

I had my body weight in latkes last night.

You should have stopped at your height.

Why?  They were delicious.

My Catholic wife absolutely nailed Hannukah dinner last night. Homemade latkes from raw potatoes, brisket, the works.

I had at least 8 latkes and I'm planning on having the remaining ones for lunch today.

I haven't felt this Jewish since I was 13.

Yeah but they weren't trading Giancarlo Stanton, they were trading his contract. the Cubs could have offered Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo and the Marlins would have taken the Yankees offer because the 265 million dollars was all they gave a shit about.

I know you're just trying to make a point, but any team that wouldn't take an elite 1B who has 4 years/$47 million left on his deal, and a player who is entering his first arbitration year after three years where his worst season was a 6.5 WAR should have their franchise revoked.

I absolutely think the Marlins should have their franchise revoked, yes, but seriously the Marlins straight up admitted they were offered better prospects for Stanton but they had to dump the salary no matter what. The Dodgers offered legitimate prospects but were only willing to eat about half the cash, so he got traded to NY for nothing other than money, basically. The Cubs straight up could have offered Bryant and Rizzo but if they weren't willing to eat more money than the Yankees nothing was going to happen. The Marlins have been told to slash payroll from 115 million (which was already 20th in the league) to 55 million, where the Rays and the rebuilding Brewers were.

So Stanton is out of the NL and he rejected the Cardinals (semi) publicly.

This all works for me!
