DPA(wesome guy)

I also liked how the nurse was clearly not a fan of Jim's, which made me think of the episode where the dude said that maybe they weren't as charming as they thought they were.

When the nurse told Pam she could just feed the baby a bottle and Pam said no, she had heard that bottle-feeding is detrimental, I loved how quickly the nurse shot back "oh, okay.  You know everything." and then shot a quick eyeroll at the camera.  That was solid.

That, among other things, gave me a deep sense of dread.

The swaddling thing was funny, too.  She's so strong.  What am I just supposed to fold her arms down?  It seems so wrong.

I'm glad I don't have to laugh at or dread such things.

Phyllis' ice-cream covered face was pretty damn funny too.

I think he's more of the appendix of Desipio.  Yeah, it's here and you're vaguely aware of it, but only if reminded.  The only time anyone notices it is when it ruptures (on Weebs in the video game thread).  Beyond that, though, it's basically useless and offers no redeeming value.

DPD.

Did anyone else know that Harold Ramis not only directed this episode, but has directed others?

Thanks, NBC!

Did anyone notice that the scene with the lactation consultant* was really awkward?

I think you should have made this bigger, because that's pretty funny, and I didn't realize that'ed.

Normally it's the make-me-wince kind of awkward.  This was more of the "HEY VIEWERS, ISN'T HE AWKWARD?????" awkward.

What, nothing?

I love Michael's insinuation that Kathy Bates' boss lady character may have promoted Darrel upstairs as slavery reparations.

Erin's relationship with her foster brother is an odd one. They seemed awfully close. In an intentional assgrazing sort of way.

Dwight and Jim's megadesk and quaddesk shenanigans were top notch. It was nice not having Pam in this episode.
Hope this trend continues. Creed dancing made me laugh. Kathy Bates can go away.

I thought it was pretty awkward when he groped her inner thigh.

Sexy awkward.
